Europeana develops and maintains technical solutions for showcasing, sharing, and using digital cultural heritage. Design their our own bespoke products available to all – Europeana, a suite of APIs and Europeana Pro – as well as systems and processes used internally and externally to manage and enrich cultural heritage material.
As a Principal Service Designer, I was involved into the improvement of the experiences of all the products and services of Europeana. As well as establishing processes and advocating design and impact thinking in, by setting standards and policies, in the whole cultural heritage sector of Europe.
